Our Ecosystem:
With the release of new features, they can work stand-alone, but they work even better together in the Teamio ecosystem.
Here's what I mean:
Tasks work great by themselves.
But with Teamio Automation, you can set up many different workflows that fit your practice needs.
Clear Aligner / Invisalign workflow: - Combine Forms / Tasks / Wiki
Pre-Appointment: send Invisalign / clear aligner consent form to the patient for review and signature as soon as an attachment/bonding appointment is scheduled. Or, have the consent go out to patient x # of days before the appointment.
During Appointment: assign a Task to your clinical assistant, to set up and have everything ready with a tagged Wiki Document that has pictures/text/video of how to set up for everything the doctor will need for bonding attachment appointment (especially helpful when the assistant is new to the practice)
Post-appointment: Send out a text automatically 3 days after the above appointment is completed (based on the Wiki template) to find out how the patient is doing with their new set of trays.
In-office membership patient coming in for an appointment:
Send the Membership Form automatically for patient to sign prior to appointment (goes into Open Dental images as soon as it's submitted by patient)
Task assigned to the front desk team member with a tagged Wiki Page – for protocol to be followed when a patient is scheduled that has no insurance, and has your in-office membership plan code attached to the appointment.
The Wiki page contains text explaining which documents they need to have the patient sign to enroll in the Membership and other information on the Membership Plan your team can use for reference should the patients have any questions
Send a post appointment review text to patient
There are many workflows that can be created. Possibilities are endless, but the point is to put repetitive, mundane tasks on automation so they're done behind the scenes.
Pricing:
We've gotten interest from some of you who only want to use Practice Pulse.
So instead of only offering it as part of the bigger package, you can start using Practice Pulse along with Teamio Tasks for $150/month.

What's coming up next:
We've started work on developing a Treatment Presenter tool.
You'll be able to present treatment plans to patients entered on Open Dental and be able to add financial options on the fly.
We're also going to be working on a Text-to-Pay solution, which will play well with our already existing patient balances follow-up functionality.
