Hello everyone,

We've released more product updates to Teamio!

👉 Quick overview of your Outstanding Claims from Huddle

Now you can quickly see the total # of claims that are outstanding and the total pending insurance dollars from 0-29 days, 30-59 days, 60-89 days, and 90+ days.

You could already see the pending insurance dollars for each claim from the Outstanding Claims follow-up page, but this was a feature request from one of our offices who wanted a quick overview of total claim # and total pending dollar amounts.

👉 View Patient Balances for Patients on Schedule Today

From the Huddle page, you can now see balances (if any) for all patients on schedule today.

This way your team can quickly look and see who owes money AND they're on schedule today, so you can take appropriate action while the patients are already there.

👉 View Past Appointments When following up for Overdue Recall Patients

This was a feature request by one of our offices where they kept switching back and forth between Open Dental and Teamio to see patient's past appointments while their team was following up with patients for recall.

So now we made it easier for them so they're not switching back and forth and the info is available directly from the Recall Follow-up Panel!

p.s. don't forget to do a hard-refresh by doing the following (everyone on the team should do this) to make sure you're looking at our latest update:

1) Log out, then

2) On the log in screen,

- Hold down Ctrl (Control) + Shift + R, Or
- Hold down Ctrl (Control) + Shift + click the Reload button.

3) Log in
