Every time an appointment is broken for any patient, we track the lost production as well as the procedures attached to that appointment.
Now you'll be able to see WHEN the apt was actually marked broken and when the actual scheduled appointment was.
Eventually we'll have a way for you to look at your broken appointment stats over a time period to answer questions like the following:
how much $ net production did we lose for a time period for a certain Provider? how many broken appointments for a certain patient over a certain time period? and what they're costing you
