There are moments in life when the most important work asks us to pause, look up from our desks, and listen closely to our hearts.

Over the past 6 months Judith shared with me something very tender, a calling ...three little hearts quietly whispering "Grandma, please choose us." As anyone who has loved deeply knows, that kind of inner voice carries extraordinary weight.

Judith has been balancing a full-time professional career alongside her distributorship with Sure Fit Designs, and for the past 18 months, she and I have been in thoughtful, ongoing conversations about family, priorities, and what this season of life is asking of her. Every single time those conversations arose, my response was the same and unwavering:

"Judith, you come first, family comes first. Always."

In her characteristic grace and generosity, Judith extended her service with Sure Fit Designs for an increasingly additional amount of time — a gift of time, wisdom, and steady presence that I hold with deep gratitude.

As I stepped into ownership of Sure Fit Designs, Judith has been and will remain truly a North Star. Her calm counsel, thoughtful leadership, and quiet strength helped anchor me during many challenging moments of transition. I am profoundly thankful for her guidance, her integrity, and the care she has shown both to me and to this community.

While Judith is stepping back from her distributorship to be more present for her grandchildren — who need just a little extra help navigating this big, wide world, as we all do when we are little — our relationship remains warm, respectful, and rooted in friendship.
