The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood

But Lea's perfect life is turned upside down when she is drawn into his mysterious world of the Suicide Club, a network of powerful individuals and rebels who reject society's pursuit of immortality, and instead chose to live—and die—on their own terms. This is only a preview of the changes to come. And they are coming fast.
