Dear Licensees,
This is a friendly reminder for all licensees teaching workshops, certifications, and professional seminars. Please review the information below carefully, as it relates to event registration, portal use, and student access.
Our system requires one unique email address per student account.
• For Eventbrite users, students receive a reminder about this during registration. However, it's always important to reinforce this during your event — please remind participants of this requirement.
• For Non-Eventbrite users, please be especially mindful. This is a sensitive issue. Be sure to include a clear note on your registration page informing students of the one-email policy.
To avoid creating duplicate accounts, now you can access the student IDs directly via the Instructor Search Tool—even for expired instructors. This link will allow you to retrieve the ID of both active and expired instructors, which helps prevent the duplication of profiles caused by students using multiple email addresses.
Please use the student’s ID number (not their email) when working in the portal if the student is already an instructor.
The Instructor Search Tool is a helpful resource for:
Find student/instructor ID numbers
Check current or past certification status
Determine whether to apply a Lapsed Certification, Retake, Recertification, or Regular price
Apply the correct number of credits based on the certification type
Add instructors as assistants in the portal

Before contacting HQ with questions, please consult the following support documents:
These are designed to help you deliver smooth, professional events with minimal delays.
You can always check all recent licensee portal updates. They are listed in the “INSTRUCTIONS” section of the portal for easy reference.
For those teaching StrongFirst workshops, please remind your students they have 21 days after the event to download their certificate and workshop guidelines. HQ will not provide materials once the download window has closed.
If a student is having trouble accessing their materials during the allowed download period, please make your best effort to resolve the issue before contacting HQ. Most issues result from using a different email address or mistyping the ticket number.
If you are planning to teach an additional workshop that uses the StrongFirst name, logo, intellectual property, or is promoted by an official StrongFirst representative (Country Leader, Licensee, or TOS), or through StrongFirst-related channels, please remember to submit the workshop to HQ for approval before opening registration.
For full guidelines, please refer to the SOP. You can also log in to your Licensee Portal to access helpful tools for managing these workshops, including the ability to provide your own Certificate of Attendance to participants.
Do not forget to submit a copy of your liability insurance certificate on time. Events will not be allowed to go live unless we receive this documentation.
Also, don’t forget to list StrongFirst, Inc. as an additional insured on your policy.
All other requests should be submitted directly to HQ—either to Brett, Fabio, or myself—depending on the type of assistance required, we will escalate the issue if needed. Kindly refrain from contacting any other StrongFirst personnel directly, including the webmaster.
HQ is always happy to support you and your events, and we appreciate your continued use of the systems and tools we’ve put in place to help you run successful events.
Thank you, and Power to you!
StrongFirst HQ
