We would like to inform you that all medical exemptions will now be reviewed by Dr. Richard Ulm, StrongFirst Certified Instructor. Requests must be sent to Dr.Ulm@Athlete-Enhancement.com and CC’d to certifiedinstructor@strongfirst.com.

Please note that medical documentation from a licensed physician is required.

Medical extensions will continue to be reviewed directly at the discretion of the Master Instructors. All approved extensions must be reported to StrongFirst HQ and should include the reason for the extension.
