We would like to inform you of the following updates:

1. Curriculum Update

There has been a minor update to the Get-Up (GU) standards. Please see the updated standards below (changes highlighted).

• The SFG I testing sheet has been revised.

• The SFG I and SFG II manuals have been updated accordingly.

• For international licensees, all changes are clearly highlighted in the translated manual files.

Get-Up Standards

11. The movement is smooth, without jerky transitions.

Please ensure you are using the most recent versions of the manuals and testing sheets located in the Dropbox “Licensees Only” folder.

2. Certificates

All certificates have been updated and now include the signature of Pavel Tsatsouline, CEO.

Please ensure that you are using the most recent certificate versions going forward.

3. Medical exemptions and extensions

All medical exemptions will be reviewed by Dr. Michael Hartle, StrongFirst Certified Master Instructor. Requests must be sent to pwrdoc95@gmail.com and CC certifiedinstructor@strongfirst.com.

Medical documentation from a physician is required.

Medical extensions will be reviewed by Master Instructors. All approved extensions must be reported to StrongFirst HQ and include the reason for the extension.
