Thank you for your continued participation in the online recertification process.
We are implementing a revised procedure effective immediately. Please review the details carefully.
If you prefer to be removed from the online recertification process, please let me know at the earliest.
Procedure
You have up to three (3) days to take action once a recertification submission is received.
If no action is taken by the third day, HQ will automatically reassign the evaluation to another Master without a notification.
If a recertification is failed, the Master must inform the student and CC HQ at certifiedinstructor@strongfirst.com using the following format:

Subject/Body: Resubmit to complete your recertification
[Student’s Name],
I would like you to resubmit the [skill(s)] in order to complete your [name of the program] recertification.
(There are notes for you to review in the recert.)
You have two (2) weeks from today to resubmit.
Please go through the recertification registration process again. At the purchase step, apply the coupon code RECERTRESUBMIT in the coupon field on the right sidebar.
Once the coupon is applied, you will be able to complete the registration without entering a credit card. There is no additional charge for resubmission.
Please note in the “Comments from the Student” section that this is a resubmission and include that [Your Name – Master] reviewed your initial submission.
When resubmitting, please upload the previously approved videos and replace only the skill(s) requiring resubmission.
