Subject: Calling all Teachers of Strength and Elite Instructors

Ladies and gentlemen, Teachers of Strength and Elite Instructors,

Help us spread the word of strength.

StrongFirst invites you to actively participate in our social media channels by sharing training tips, educational video content, and high-resolution photos with our global community.

Please send your ideas, technical tips, training experiences, videos, and photos directly to Andżelika Stefańska at marketing@strongfirst.com.

Below are the Basic Guidelines for Recording a StrongFirst Training Tip Video, as well as recommendations for submitting high-quality visual content.

Technical Guidelines for Video

  • Format: vertical (9:16), best possible quality, ideally 4K.

  • Audio: an external microphone is required (do not use your phone’s built-in microphone).

  • Lighting: make sure the space is well-lit to avoid loss of quality. Use natural light or a ring/LED lamp to properly illuminate your body.

  • Body Position: your full body should be centered in the frame so editors can switch from wide to tighter shots if needed.

Video Structure

  1. Strong Opening: clearly state the problem your video will address.
Example: Does the kettlebell hit your forearms during the Clean? It’s not a weight problem—it’s a technique issue.

  2. Brief Introduction:
Example: I’m Andżelika Stefańska-Kowalik, StrongFirst Certified Senior Instructor.

  3. Hook or Promise: engage the viewer.
Example: Watch this video to the end, and I’ll show you a simple way to avoid bruised forearms after kettlebell training.

  4. Demonstrate and Explain: keep it short, specific, and clear. Short formats perform best on social media.

  5. Strong Closing with CTA:
Example: Try these tips and follow StrongFirst for more valuable content. See you at our workshops and certifications!

  6. Camera Angles: use multiple angles to add dynamics.
Example: record the opening and closing in one frame and switch angles for the demonstration.

You can change angles as often as needed to avoid memorizing the full script.

Guidelines for Photos

  • Resolution: high-resolution images (professional quality).

  • Format: no filters or heavy edits.

  • Content: training, technique, action, StrongFirst lifestyle.

  • Lighting: bright natural light or proper artificial lighting.

How to Submit

  • Upload your raw video files (no filters) and high-resolution photos to Dropbox or WeTransfer (the free version allows downloads for only 3 days).

  • Send the link to marketing@strongfirst.com.

Thank you for your contributions,

Yoana
