Here is a recap of this week's call. Our topic was the Recipe for Transitioning into Medical Device Sales. Bari and I opened with some tips for optimizing your Linkedin profile (hint: the most underutilized space on your entire profile is the 'banner' - the background BEHIND your profile picture! It is undeveloped real estate for most people). We recommend https://www.canva.com to create a graphic banner and message that will help you maximize the space and instantly get your message across. 
The next thing we discussed is having a clear idea of your transferable skills, your value proposition, and which companies are the right ones to target based on the type of salesperson you are (we use the football player vs. baseball player analogy).

Bari and I also discussed the importance of staying ahead of the curve when it comes to the social media technologies available to us that allow us to create a 360 view of who we are, and how others see us.
