For the seventh consecutive year, Spencer Hospital has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the United States. Spencer Hospital is the only mid-sized Iowa hospital to have earned this distinction every year it has been awarded. Yet, the honors don't end there. Dr. Joseph Hart Returns to Spencer to Join Northwest Iowa Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists

Dr. Joseph Hart, a northwest Iowa native, has recently made his return to Spencer to rejoin the community in which he began his medical career. “I always thought that the timing may someday be right for me to come back,” said Dr. Hart.

Dr. Hart is joining Dr. Daniel Jorgenson and nurse practitioner Samantha Sheffield at Northwest Iowa Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists.

Dr. Hart treats a wide range of ages and health concerns, ranging from caring for babies and toddlers with chronic ear infections to adults coping with sinus or other ear, nose and throat conditions.
