Insights, info and
inspiration
To replace the text in this section, just place your
cursor at the beginning of the first line of
text and start typing. Depending on how
much text you have to type, it is likely that your
text will overflow to the area underneath the
image. If the "white space" just below the
image is too large, place your mouse inside this text
box and click on the background. A white border will
appear around this text box...keep your mouse inside
this text box and hover over the image in the left
corner. A blue border should appear. Use the
vertical resize arrow at the bottom of the blue
border to raise the blue border
a small bit. This should cause any text below
the image to "close the gap"

Replacing
the Text in the Template
Formatting TIPS and ISSUES
TYPING new text: to replace the text in this
section, just place your cursor at the beginning of
the first line of text, click to anchor the
cursor and start typing..
To INSERT A PARAGRAPH BREAK ,
place cursor at the end of the first paragraph and
click to anchor it. DO NOT CLICK ENTER.
Instead, hold down the shift key and
click ENTER two times. This will position
the cursor in the correct spot to start
typing the next paragraph.
UNDO - Quick fix for when the format is thrown
out of whack: Immediately after the action that
caused the formatting get out of whack, click inside
the colored text box, then hold the CTRL key and
press Z to "undo". You may need to wait for 30
seconds for the undo process to complete and correct
the formatting issue (but 30 seconds is much better
than trying to fix the formatting problem.
FIXING ANY GAP below the
image: Depending on how much text you have
to type, it is likely that your text will overflow to
the area underneath the image. If the "white
space" just below the image is too large, place your
mouse inside this colored text box and click on the
background. A white border will appear around this
colored text box...keep your mouse inside the
text box and hover over the image in the left
corner. A blue border should appear around the
image. Use the vertical resize arrow at the
bottom of the blue border to raise the blue
border a small bit. This should cause any text
below the image to "close the gap"
INSERTING TEXT (instead of typing): Copy
your text from the source, then anchor your cursor in
the spot in a text box where you want to insert the
text. Use CTRL+V to
paste.
NOTE: Copying and pasting formatted text will
overwrite the text formatting of this text box.
If you want the new text to appear the same as the
other text here, paste it into NOTEPAD on your
computer first and then copy and paste from
there
CHANGING the image: see the FAQ
document for instructions.
ADDING a new text box: see the FAQ for
intructions.
