SMART Recovery was mentioned in a national Dear Abby article on June 17th. This increased business in the Central Office, but more noticeably increased our website traffic by 3-4 times normal visits for the day! A number of local meetings reported new visitors! Thank you, Dear Abby!

Gerstein Award Nominations Sought!

The Joseph Gerstein award selection committee is now calling for nominations for the 2016 award. If you know someone who has shown significant extraordinary and exemplary service to the SMART program, please submit their name plus reasons for selection in the Survey Monkey link found here. Deadline for nominations is August 1, 2016. The award recipient will be announced in the October edition of the News & Views
