“My weight loss journey with Dr. Simeons diet started when I didn’t like the number on my scale and what I saw in the mirror anymore. It was a sign that it was time to do something.
I had heard about Dr. Simeons diet for a long time, but I hadn’t tried it myself. Many of my friends had done it and their experiences were very positive – the results were visible! That’s why I thought I might as well give it a try.
Before starting the diet, I was mainly worried about whether I would be able to stay on track and stick to the rules. Since I also have chronic illnesses, I wondered how it all would fit together and whether it would suit me. But I decided to try it anyway.
My experience with Dr. Simeons diet was positive. At first, I might have overthought it and was afraid that it would be difficult, but it actually wasn’t that bad. I got a lot of great recipes and tips that made it easier to follow the diet.
My consultant was there the whole time. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I always received quick and helpful answers from her. This gave me confidence that I was on the right track.
I generally tried to manage the diet on my own, but since I have chronic illnesses, the support of the consultant was very important. She gave me the necessary advice and guidance that helped me move forward and successfully follow the diet.
The weight loss had a positive effect on me physically. In the beginning, I often felt weak, tired and hungry, but this got better fast when I received good advice on what and how to do it, and I felt better.
By the end of the diet, I had lost a total of 6 kg in 21 days. This was a very good result for me! I now know my body better and can better notice what suits me and what does not.
In addition to losing weight, I gained a lot of knowledge during the diet about how to eat healthily, and I found many good and simple recipes that I can continue to use. I am currently still in the stabilization period and feel very good. I will definitely keep an eye on what and how I eat in the future to maintain the results I have achieved.
