“My weight loss journey with Dr. Simeons Diet,
I have struggled with being overweight for most of my life. I have tried various diets and methods, but the results have not been sustainable or very successful. At one point, I realized that I needed something that would really work, and this prompted me to start losing weight with Dr. Simeons Diet.
I first heard about Dr. Simeons Diet from a good and trusted colleague of mine, who had gone through it and shared her experience. Her story made a light bulb go off in my head – why not try it? In addition, I thoroughly researched various blogs, program clips, success stories and videos to get the clearest overview of the diet possible. This process increased my confidence and willingness to start the diet.
My expectations before starting were simple – that the diet would work and the weight would start to fall off, while not feeling very hungry or tired. And that is exactly what happened. I have done four rounds of the diet, starting in September 2023 and finishing the last round in March 2025. I decided to do the next rounds because I still had weight to lose and I knew from the first experience that this diet really works.
My overall experience with Dr. Simeons Diet has been very positive. First, the diet works if you follow the rules. Of course, all bodies are different, but in my case it worked perfectly. My stomach was full, the limited food selection made me creative - I started using different herbs and spices more. Second, I really like that the diet and stabilization period are clearly defined, with a specific beginning and end. It doesn't make you feel like you have to diet for the rest of your life. Third, despite the limited menu, I discovered several new foods that are both delicious and healthy.
My diet consultant is simply amazing! Over the past two years, I have contacted her several times when exceptional situations arose that I could not find answers to in the existing instructions. Each time I received a quick, expert and encouraging answer, which gave me more strength and motivation to continue.
The most difficult moment for me was the last diet round, because in the second half of the diet, the weight did not fall as smoothly as before - there were a lot of zig zags. At the same time, I quickly received support and advice from my consultant on what to keep in mind and encouragement to continue.
The impact of weight loss on my life has been enormous. I feel good and comfortable in my body. I like what I see in the mirror, and I like the feeling when I run or walk up the stairs - I feel lighter physically, emotionally and mentally.
The most important result is that compared to two years ago, I have lost 39 kg. I feel extremely good in my body and I have more confidence, courage and self-belief. I am also proud that I was able to complete all four diet rounds according to the rules – it required discipline and dedication, but I managed it. It was a particularly good feeling when I started the fourth diet round. The weight I had achieved at the end proved to me that I can maintain the weight even when I am not on the diet. A few weeks ago I told a good friend that I feel like food no longer controls me, but I control food – and that is the biggest achievement for me.
I have also acquired long-term habits that help me keep my weight stable. Daily exercise has become a part of my life – during the last diet rounds I made it a habit to take an hour-long walk in the evening, and now, when I am off the diet, I have become much more active. My routine includes regular running, going to the gym and walking on non-workout days. I have also started eating more consciously – my diet now includes a lot more vegetables, fruits, berries and fish.
For those considering Dr. Simeons diet, I recommend - it is a good idea to educate yourself as much as possible – this will help you mentally prepare for the process. It is also worth remembering that this is a specific period of time during which food is restricted. The attitude of taking one day and one step at a time has really helped me. This diet has changed my life, and if I could do it, so can anyone who is willing to commit and stick to the rules!”
