“I started my weight loss journey with Dr Simeons diet mainly for health reasons and of course for a better self-image. I felt that my weight was affecting my movement and it was more difficult to get around.
I heard about the diet years ago on the Internet and tried it before, but I decided to do it again because I know that it really works. I realised I have to try harder to maintain my weight.

I would like to add that the consultant always responded quickly when I had questions, and the support group was a great help to me.
I have more energy now, but I haven't tested my physical well-being to the absolute limit just yet. I lost weight - although I still have a long way to go - my double chin got smaller! 😄
One important habit that I have gained from the weight loss program is that I definitely eat more vegetables than before and pay more attention to my portions.
If anyone is planning to try Dr Simeons diet, my advice is: take it one day at a time and don't worry! Everything will work out by itself if you stick to the rules. Don't hold yourself back just because of fear. If you want it, go for it - you’ll be doing yourself a big favor!”
