It wasn't difficult for me to go through the diet. It was interesting to combine foods and try something new. Despite the low calories, the food was incredibly varied. The support group shared many useful tricks. My weight fluctuated for a few weeks until I stabilized. I liked the fruit days, which really helped me lose weight and the effect remained.
When stabilization began, I was completely confused about what to do next… I had already gotten into the habit of counting calories. It was interesting to observe what others in the group were doing and gain experience. The amount of calories seemed crazy at first, but my weight stayed the same, even dropping a little more. In fact, it only fluctuated within 200–300 grams, so I think it went well.
I knew that there was someone to lean on, but I am more of a loner. Since there were no problems, I was on my own.

I wanted to lose 5 kg, but in fact I am 8.3 kg lighter. I have also lost a lot of centimeters: 9 cm from my chest, 9 cm from my waist and luckily only 5 cm from my hips.
