“I was clearly overweight, my clothes were pinching me everywhere, and I didn't like the mirror anymore. I first heard about Dr. Simeons diet from my friend, and after that I have done it once before. It suited me and I liked it, so I decided to try it again. I wanted to lose about 8–10 kg, but above all, burn stored fat.
The Simeons diet suited me very well. I have a very fast pace of life, and preparing Simeons diet meals is quick, easy, and clean. The night before, I always prepared the next day's lunch. I was even more productive with my work than I was when I wasn't on a diet.
I had a very supportive and understanding consultant. We could discuss important issues via email, and the WhatsApp support group was a lot of help.
There were two business trips planned during my diet period. I didn't want to interrupt the diet or take any breaks, and together with the consultant we made a plan on how I could still stick to the diet during the trip. I wrote the draft idea myself, and the consultant approved and supplemented it. This kind of support actually increased my motivation even more.
My eyesight became sharper, I have more energy, I can exercise more, and my mood is much better :-)
