This is my new life story and how you became an important role!
Although I am 59+ years old, there were times I felt much older...don’t worry, I’m not going to go that far back.In Jan. 2012, my youngest daughter, Allyson, age 25 was diagnosed with BAC lung cancer. A cancer that was considered very rare much less in someone so young. She went through chemo and radiation which was not having any good progress. Allyson had 3 very young children, with that realization, I was going to lose my daughter and my grandchildren was going to lose their mom. Desperate, I started to search the web for natural healings. After searching many, oh so many websites, I found yours. By this time a year had passed and by now it is Feb. 2013. Unable to sway her and her husband to give this a try, because the doctors had told them that there was no hope. I tried to get her to try juicing and ozone therapy to no avail. Now let me throw one other factor in the mix. During this time, I had a small sore on my head that in July 2013, found out it was squamous cell carcinoma. My children, yes 4, were devastated Allyson said I had to have surgery so she could die without worrying about me. I had surgery on August 12, 2013 without further chemo and radiation again. will explain in a bit,and my sweet baby girl died on August 14, 2013 at the age of 27. I became determined to continue my research on you and your products. That Christmas, my mom asked what I wanted, my response was “Heal yourself 101” by Markus Rothkranz. My mom’s name is Rose Roger, that, is the beginning of my new life.
Now before 2013, I battled with 2 other types of cancers. Osteosarcoma in 1997 treated with chemo and radiation in New Orleans, LA and Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2009 treated at UMC in Lafayette, LA with chemo and radiation. I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hydratenitis supporativa and diabetes. I was taking 33 pills a day!
I could not afford much, but I bought an enema bag and a juicer. Started the water fast and enemas. I didn’t have enough money to buy anything else, but it was a start! As I continued, I started feeling better! However in 2015, PET scans show tumor in right kidney and breast cancer! DAMN! Needless to say you can figure out what the oncologists wanted right! NO! I REFUSED! I was not deterred! As a matter of fact I became focused and determined. It was time to put up or shut up situation. Thanks to your interview with James Sloan I had watched in the past, I watched it again and again. I made the trip from Lafayette, LA to Elgin, ND, stayed with a friend, crossed the border into CANADA, and went through OZONE THERAPY! Came back months later (had fun visiting) just in enough time for my next oncology appointment and went have my routine “TESTS” and SHOCKED (maybe a little upset some) but I was CANCER FREE! I walked out and haven’t looked back. Since then I have been able to purchase some of your products and I am getting stronger all the time!
Until 2017, yes I fell off the health wagon. My oldest daughter, Crystal, passed away and I was devastated. So sad. I went through so much therapy, got so depressed. Then the therapist said those OH SO NOT GOOD WORDS, antidepressants. My response to myself was “Nope Nope Nope” I am not going through this again!!!! I bought your Happy Time and your book “Instructions for a New Life”. I watch you and Cara’s videos over and over and over!! The positivity and passion that emanates through you both as individuals and as partners for yourselves and others are truly inspiring. I have consistently, since 2016, shared with so many friends, family and people that I don’t even know, your story, my story, Allyson’s story, and Crystal’s story. I even gave my Heal Yourself 101 book to someone I didn’t even know!! Oh, thank you for making it a free down load!! I downloaded it and now I just tell everyone “IT’S A FREE DOWNLOAD!” The friend I stayed with in ND in 2015, Susie Delores Rech! Diabetes now under control!!!! It only took 3 days. WOW! Now if she would only have listened then! But you can’t do it for them right?!
Cara, one day, I will get your book!!!! One step at a time. But keep making the videos!!! Your smile and your aura are truly inspiration and captivating!!!! So I am a work in progress! Good progress! NO, AWESOME PROGRESS! Huh, am I really just shy of 60? Yes but NO! Going through everything (not all mentioned here) that I have been through, I use to inspire me not deter me!!! I am truly grateful!!

Markus I have to tell you and hopefully let the world know! I have been wanting to get it for a long time and now did. IT IS PROBABLY THE BEST THING I HAVE PUT IN MY BODY SO FAR! I cannot even explain. But the taste is out the world. I think it tastes like one of the best things I have had! And when I tasted it the first time, it made me cry. I just had one sip and I felt chills all over my body + I felt like a blockage near my heart cleared. I know this sounds woo-woo, I am sure there is a way I can explain it more down-to-earth, but all I can say is that I have no doubt about the quality, I am now a firm believer and this is going to be in my kitchen for as long as you produce it (hopefully for eternity).Tasting it was truly a life-changing experience. One of those touching, deep moments that stay with you. I hope it makes sense! I had it this morning too and still the deep feeling. It makes me feel deeply relaxed and receptive as a woman. I just have to give a shout out to Cara and Markus for the Love On A Plate cookbook...it's the best yet!!! I love the easy recipes and the taste is thru the roof. Have made the milks in my Nutramilk machine and I LOVE the freezer chocolate, I made variations for the holiday with orange rind, mint, blueberry/walnut and coconut...but the original is still my favorite. So easy to do and it is really keeping me on track. I keep 3 in a snack bag and always give one away. I've been making them as gifts trying to encourage others and have been also gifting the wild greens. Love the book, love the greens and the sea moss also rocks! Can't say enough how very blessed I am to have the fruit of your effort to glean from! Thank you! Blessings,

First time I ever did an enema, I had food poinsoning. I had bought a kit months before and hadn't had the courage to use it, but being in bed very ill for 5 days straight I thought now is a better time than any. I only got half the bag in the first time round, but I felt instantly 10x better. My stomach pains almost went and my headache reduced to the point that I could get up walk around and do things. I haven't looked back.

I started enemas 1.5 years ago after watching Markus' video on it.... positive results are immediate (like feeling emotionally uplifted being one of them) and they stay in my health regimen now. It just makes sense. And that kind of water bag is definitely hard to find. I first went to CVS and the pharmacist snickered in disbelieve when I asked if they carried them... never forgot that. I finally found an old time medical supply store in the area that carried them.

If you have any doubt about this routine; don’t. I stumbled upon Markus’ videos and have been incorporating not only intermittent fasting, but several of the “Love on a Plate” recipes as well as Cara’s exercise recommendations. I have been intrigued by the results as they mirror the outcomes described in the videos. And, well for those of you who care about good health, don’t put these suggestions off for one more second. And for those of you who don’t care about good health, well....good health won’t care about you either.

I started doing this 4 years ago, almost to the day, when I discovered Marcus and got his book `Heal Yourself 101'. I can't recommend both his books and enemas highly enough. I began with a colon cleanse, followed by a parasite cleanse, and all the while used enemas to soak and flush out my system. I can't even describe the changes in me. Going raw vegan and cleansing caused me to lose about 25 lbs (all fat) and clear my head as well. My energy and mood were so vastly improved. I literally felt like a kid again. That sounds so cliché, and like an exaggeration, but it's not. Aside from injuries, from a car accident, I was in the best shape of my life. I don't know why anyone is embarrassed, or afraid, to do this. I was just ignorant to what an enema could or would do for me. I have no problem telling anyone that I do this. It's just silly not to.
