Let’s talk for a minute about these unsettled times. You have to navigate them and still stay centered and disciplined if you want your best life.

There’s a lot of baiting going on out there, pushing people into frequencies of fear, rage, and entitlement.

It takes a lot of self-work and ongoing courage to maintain a different frequency. But that’s where the gifts of your truest talents and your deepest mission and purpose are found. Inside your OWN frequency. Live there.

Here are some reminders:

Certainty has always been an illusion.

Times of change are times of recalibration, and times of opportunity. 

Systems of oppression have never sustained forever. Easy to say with white skin, I know.

VOTE. 

Remember you can make a difference right where you live. Do what you can, with what you have, from where you are right now.

Whatever happens politically, whatever happens with our Mother Earth, giving up gets you exactly nowhere. It gets all of us, exactly nowhere.

Shut down the deadening noise.
Whatever life brings, work on healing and learning and getting staged and getting ready to step into your future. Don’t miss important openings.

We incarnated here, now.
Not randomly.
