This week I published a Dynamic Leader Podcast conversation with Christian O’Connell, one of Australia’s most loved radio broadcasters and a thoughtful, wonderfully human leader.

We talked about things that both directly and indirectly relate to leadership - including how he moved from “show first” to “team first”, why leaders don’t need to have all the answers, and where he finds moments of curiosity that challenge his view of the world.

Christian also talks about F* Up Fridays** - a team activity designed to take the shame out of failure and create more space for ideas, experimentation and growth. There’s a lot of goodness in this one!
