The summer isn't officially over yet, not until September 22nd, but I think you'd agree with me that once Labor day comes and goes, the summer is kind of over. What a bummer! At least for me, I love the summer.
But the good news is that when the seasons change, we sometimes view it as a time for us to make a change as well.
What about you Friend?
Have you gained weight this past summer? Are your clothes a little tighter? Do you feel lethargic, no energy, etc.. Are you taking medications that you don't want to be taking?
