Hey Friend,
This message is for men in particular. So if you're a woman, please forward it to your husband/boyfriend, etc. It's important for them to know this stuff, and if it's fixed, it will have a big impact on your life as well.
It's very important, so please take one or two minutes to read it.
As we get older, our testosterone levels start to plummet. And that might not sound like a big deal, but trust me it is.
Here are some of the side effects of low testosterone in men:
💪 Physical:
* Decreased muscle mass and strength * Increased body fat * Osteoporosis (weakening of bones) and Anemia 🧠 Mental:
* Decreased libido and erectile dysfunction * Fatigue * Irritability and mood swings * Difficulty concentrating and memory problems
Other side effects include:
* Reduced sense of well-being * Decreased motivation and drive * Increased risk of heart disease and stroke * Increased risk of type 2 diabetes
Many guys just chalk these side effects up to getting older and accept them as though there is nothing they can do to prevent them.
Do you want to know what the leading cause of low testosterone is in older men?
It's increased bodyfat. Also known as being overweight or obese. Because being overweight contributes to many of the other side effects like osteoporosis, fatigue, risk of heart disease, risk of diabetes, etc.
I see it all over the country.
And you do too.
In fact, you might be overweight yourself.
If so, there's an easy fix to that.
Lose weight and get into better shape.
But it's not as difficult as you might think.
The problem with most weight loss advice for men is that it comes from Muscle and Fitness magazine or bodybuilder influencers on Tik Tok.
So the advice sounds something like this:
For nutrition; take your bodyweight and multiply it by 12 and that's your calories for the day. Multiply your calories by .40% and that's your protein for the day, multiply your calories by .30% and that's your carbs for the day, divided your total calories by 6 and that's how many calories will be in each of your meals. Got it?
And on the exercise/ training side of things they give you a weight lifting program that has you in the gym 6 days a week for an hour each time. This is their program that was designed for them, and remember, they are a bodybuilder. Possibly with no spouse, no kids, no kids' activities and no job that requires 40+ hours a week.
My weight loss advice is NOTHING like that (and it doesn't need to be). I'm a busy dad with a family and responsibilites. I know that in order to lose weight and to be able to stick to something, it's got to be simple.
That's why with my program, there's no calorie counting, no macro tracking, no meal prepping, no food weighing, etc.
There's no 6 days a week in the gym, there's no hour long workouts, there's no 'bodybuilder' style training, etc.
I've put together a short information resource that I call 'The Fit Dad Fat Loss Blueprint'.
It's got everything in it that you need to do (it's not much, but it is important stuff) to lose weight and increase your testosterone without doing any of the extreme stuff listed above.
So you'll lose weight, increase your energy, increase your concentration, increase motivation, get off medications, etc. and many other life changing things. I GUARANTEE that you will.
If you'd like a copy, just reply to this email with the words FIT DAD .
The Blueprint is free.
No strings attached.
The only disclaimer is this will only work if you're REALLY READY to lose weight. If you're not ready, even something as simple as this won't help you.
But if you're truly ready to make a change, hit the reply button, and simply respond with the words FIT DAD. I'll get the Blueprint out to you ASAP.
As always, thanks for reading Friend.
