Abul-Hasan Al-Muhajir is the official spokesman of the Islamic State. He is the successor of Abu Mohammad al-Adnani, who was killed by a U.S. airstrike in Syria in August 2016.

Muhajir's message is an official release by the Islamic State's media arm known as the al-Furqan Media Foundation. Approximately 50 min in length, the message was posted to ISIS-associated social media accounts earlier this afternoon. References to current events indicates recent production.
