Closings Closed sales dipped to over $8.8 million from $12.8 million the prior week. The average sale was just under $1.8 million and $313 per square foot. The low average sale price per square foot was indicative of the older mix of properties, with a weighted average year of construction of 1987. New Listings
There were 19 new listings this week, ranging from $850k to $24 million. My picks for best quality and/or value this week:
