We saw Paradise Valley's housing inventory
shrink yet again last week with 7 sales closed
and only 5 new listings to replace them.  As
with last week we had several homes snatched
up in record time, including one that sold first
day on market, and another that sold after a week.

a long overdue vacation the second half of
