It's an exciting week with a lot of sales
closed and a plethora of new listings, including
more than usual that I can recommend, so
let's get right down to business...

Closings Last Week
Volume of sales was jumped to $15.5 million
from $9 million the prior week.  Prices ranged
from $750k to $5.25 million, with an average 
sale price of just under $2.6 million.  As if that
weren't impressive enough, the average sale
price per square foot was $424, up from $223
the week before.  This of course speaks to the
mix of homes, but it also says something about
buyer's willingness to step up and pay for
quality.  

New Listings This Week
We have 17 new listings this week ranging
from $1.25 to $4 million.  The bargains and
fixer uppers continue to become more scarce.
