Subject: The Difference Between Daydreams and Visualization

Hey!

Daydreaming gets a bad rap.

We are taught at a very early age to stop daydreaming because it is a waste of time. In my opinion that couldn't be further from the truth.

Why?

Because it’s the perfect first step to visualization.

It’s easy to sit back and imagine that you’re rich and famous, or happily married to the love of your life.

However, as you know by now, it doesn’t turn it into reality.

Daydreams do not hold the power that visualization does, but without daydreaming, it is almost impossible to use visualization to its full potential.

There’s a system to visualization..

It starts by:

1. Creating a clear idea of what you want.

2. Imagining what your life will be like when you achieve that goal (this is where you get to play the movie in your mind).

To learn the next steps, I highly recommend you pick up this free report created by a long time practitioner of visualization.
