Subject: DAY 1: Success Log - Rise Of You 7 Day Challenge

Welcome to Day 1 of the Rise Of You Challenge!

We're so excited to have you here.  You are AWESOME for making yourself a priority this week!

Are you ready to roll? Cool, let’s get started.

Make sure you have all the material from Rise Of You handy and that you have at least gone through it a bit.

In this email, I want to mention some of the benefits you may or may not already know about tracking your progress when you’re trying to accomplish a goal. In this case, boosting your confidence, keeping track of your success will be another way for you to gain some self-assurance and feel better about taking on new tasks!

You'll find the video here: https://scienceofimagery.clickfunnels.com/7-day-challenge-day-1

Some of the benefits include:

-   Reminds you on a daily basis that you can accomplish a task when you set your mind to it.
-   Keeps a record for you to look back at later if you’re having a little trouble.
-   Helps to keep you on track with your goals.

Keeping a success log, not only for this challenge, but later on for any goal you’re trying to accomplish, can be a really good way to look back and see the steps  you took and how it made you feel. This is especially useful for your confidence. Anytime you need a pick me up or a little encouragement, you can look at your success log and remind yourself how you were able to achieve success!

I know that we are all in a hurry these days, and taking time out for yourself might seem like a luxury. Let me assure you it’s not! Building your confidence will allow you to share more of yourself and your gifts with the world!

Tracking your success will sustain you, and give you a new perspective if you begin to feel stuck or a little afraid.  One of the most suggested steps in building confidence is to keep track of and give yourself a pat on the back for doing well.

It’s quite easy to do. Simply download your success log and any other material you need for that day, follow along with the steps you will receive in your email each day, get extra help and instruction in the group and at the end of each day note your feelings and “wins” for the day in your success log!

Be honest with yourself when you are writing… after all you are the only one who will see these thoughts and feeling and you need only share what you feel comfortable sharing.

Here is a helpful article about being honest with your feelings and lies to avoid telling yourself: http://www.scienceofimagery.com/8-harmful-lies-tell-2/

**To-do: **

Get pumped for your new journey!

1) Listen to some great music while you’re organizing and writing.
2) Get moving a little to get the blood flowing to your brain. Dance a bit. :-)
3) Have all your materials, remind yourself this can be fun and start going thru your materials and organizing them so you know where everything is!
  • I really love being organized. And for a very good reason. Organization makes you feel happy, boosts confidence, and makes you feel calmer in the midst of chaotic days when you still want to accomplish your plan.
  • Go through all the material, if you haven’t already, and do it once again even if you have so that you know easily where everything is and what we’re talking about for each day.
  • Keep everything in an easy to find place and bookmark the links you need. :-)
4) Don’t forget to fill out your success log!

Comment in the group, and let us know how going through the material was, how you feel about the success log and tracking your success and what you want to try or accomplish this week. Feel free to post a picture of yourself on day one or a picture representing your ultimate confidence goal too!
