My life has been a little out of balance recently.
After coming back from a two-week road trip, I was so backed up with work; I stopped taking time for myself.
It has been non-stop work and I haven’t even spent time with friends. It is amazing how quickly your attitude can change, let alone your physical health, if you sit at a computer for too long.
Okay, I apologize for sounding a little down right now. I actually love when I become aware of these things because it is a sign that I am growing, and as long as I don’t repeat this same pattern, it is a very positive experience.
