I just wanted to quickly check in with you and see how youâre doing.
Have you been under a lot of stress or anxiety lately?
If so, Iâve been there before too and I know how hard it can be. The good news is that are simple to follow techniques you can use to easily calm down.
Take these for exampleâŚ
⢠Analyze yourself to determine how you feel. ⢠Ask yourself if your feelings are justified. ⢠Visualize things that make you feel calm or yourself being calm. ⢠Breathe while paying attention to each inhale and exhale. ⢠Begin shifting your attention to something more positive.
The list could literally go on and on, but Iâve personally found these techniques to be the easiest and most effective for me.
One of the things you may be feeling stress or anxiety about may have something to do with the security of your future.
