So what is this technique?

The technique is an alliance of two or more people working in harmony with a positive mental attitude toward a definite end.

That might sound vague but is brilliant in its simplicity.

It is also much easier to do this than you might think. The way we do this is using Masterminds.

A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members.

However, we take it to a different level with the use of group visualization.
