Once you have the first habit created, habit stacking is exactly what it sounds like.
You then stack a new habit right after the first habit.
For me it was doing a qigong exercise right after I made my smoothie.
This makes it so much easier to continually build new habits since you already have a trigger to start the new habit.
So if you have already created a positive habit, start your next habit as soon as you are finished with your first one.
Once you have two habits formed, now you can use them as a sandwich to create more in between them.
That is the beauty of this process, everything builds upon itself.
Once you have multiple positive habits, it is time to ask yourself if those habits are leading to your number 1 priority goal.
If they are, perfect!
If they aren’t, then it is a good idea to go through the series of questions that help you define your top goals and why they are important to you.
