Positive habits lead to so many amazing outcomes. They lead to a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationships, all while connecting you to your true purpose in this lifetime.
I know this sounds grandiose but it is a simple fact.
If you wake up each morning feeling happy and energized, get started with a positive morning routine, then follow it up with an extremely productive and positive work session, this automatically leads to great results.
Yes, you may hit some bumps in the road, but that is why you have built positive “habits.”
Since they are a habit, you automatically gravitate back towards those positive actions no matter what happens in your life.
So the main question you might ask yourself is how do you create positive habits?
Well, you start with something small.
For example, I started with making a healthy morning smoothie. This was very easy for me to do since I always needed to eat something in the morning.
A healthy smoothie every morning gave me energy and allowed my body to not get sluggish which made it easy to build other positive habits around it.
My next step was to do a qigong session right after I made my smoothie.
This leads into what I call habit stacking.
I will dive into that tomorrow but for now, start with creating one easy positive daily habit.
You can even take my idea of making a healthy smoothie every morning.
As a bonus, I listed the recipe for my smoothie below.
• 48oz water or vegan milk (coconut or almond milk)
• Frozen Fruit
• Vegan protein powder (I mainly use Orgain)
• Orgain Greens Powder
• Moringa Powder
• Chia Seeds
• Flax Seeds
• Acai Powder
• Restore Gut And Brain Health
• Liquid Vitamins
• Liquid Chlorophyll
• Cedar Nut Oil (My secret ingredient, very potent so start with a small amount)
• Fresh herbs, leafy greens and vegetables
I slightly change my recipe all the time to get a different flavor but these are my main ingredients.
