Hello from Amsterdam, Friend,

While waiting for my delayed flight, I'm savoring the glow of pride and joy from visiting many Mustard Seed grads.

Can't you just see the hope on the faces of these two young women? They are typical of the eight I saw at Kyambogo U. Some are "Freshers," and some are second-year students.

They were all eager to go for pizza and juice at a local pizzeria. So fun to see them acting very much like my coed granddaughters.

What a long and fantastic journey they have already taken. Their Big Dreams are now within reach.

They all mentioned how helpful it was to have each other as they made the transition from the caring Mustard Seed family to independence—a transition that's much more dramatic than at American Universities.
