Dear Friend,
When you're a professional Animal Communicator, or when you've taken classes in Animal Communication, your life changes profoundly.
One way it changes is that when you watch your animal interact with each other, you don't have to make up a story about what's happening. You can actually see and HEAR what they are communicating with each other.
That said, there are times when animals have private conversations and don't want you to hear what's going on between them.
When Echo, my former horse in spirit, decided to come back as Starlight, a Siamese cat, my two older cats, Violet and Sakhara had a private meeting.
I walked into my bedroom to put clean laundry away and discovered Sakhara sitting on her haunches on my bed and Violet in a similar position on the floor. They were looking directly at each other and not moving.
They immediately told me "private conversation" and refused to tell me or allow me to listen to what was going on.
Later on I learned they were discussing who would "raise" the kitten when she came. Sakhara had had kittens of her own, nursed many kittens while at the Humane Society, and raised Violet when she arrived.
A few days later they told me the decision had been made. Sakhara was "retired" from raising kittens. Violet was elected to teach Echo how to be a cat. Since Echo had never been a cat before, the two elders agreed it was important for someone to show Starlight all the feline perspectives and acceptable behaviors.
And that was how what happened. When Starlight arrived, Violet began sitting outside the door of the room in which Starlight was staying. Violet took her job very seriously.
If you want to know what your animals are thinking and feeling, you have to ask them and be open to learn about their unique perspectives.
