I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to reset Google Authenticator on my account and have put a support ticket in accordingly.
Every time I reset (set up a new GA account) for this the Bitclub system fails to recognise the code on Google Auth.
When I have this resolved I will report the result to you - meanwhile, all I can do is leave the Bitclub account on internal security.
I thought you might want to know this in case you are experiencing similar issues. On my account the Google Auth is automatically being reset to disabled.
