Sawa's Old Waraw

~ December 2016 Edition ~

Dear Friend,

A record crowd was in The Jazz Room for the BJS Holiday Party held on Thursday, December 8th, 2016 when everyone came out to listen to the traditional Jazz sounds from the Chicago Outskirts Big Band. The 17-piece all female group did an awesome job of keeping the audience entertained all night long. A word of "thanks" for everyone who supported the Brookfield Jazz Society in 2016. See you next year!

The first series will be pictures from the International Live Jazz Event held on Thursday, October 27th, 2016. This event featured Roberto Marquis from Italy playing with Chicago Saxophone player Mark Colby. An epic event not to be missed.

The second image gallery is from the more recent BJS Holiday Party that featured the 17-piece all female big band known as The Chicago Outskirts that performed on December 8th, 2016.
