Pierogi Fest or Bust

Just a quick reminder that we do have seats that need to be filled before the initial deadline of Wednesday, June 25th in order to reserve the bus for Pierogi Fest.

The 2025 Bus Trip event does include the Lunch Buffet at Sawa's Old Warsaw (or a $20 Voucher if you choose to eat later) followed by round-trip coach bus to Whiting, IN to enjoy the Pierogi Fest. Combine that with the Raffles and Split-the-Pot and you are looking at a package deal worth $100! However, if you buy your tickets now during the Early Bird Special, then you can get all that for only $65 per person. Don't wait... Reserve your seats today!!!

We want to hear from you about our 2025 Bus Trip. Any feedback with respect to as in why you signed up already or why haven't signed up yet or questions you can't find answers to on the Event page... etc. Use the (blue) button to email Marc with your feedback today or respond to this email.

Holiday Hours

Its official... Summer is around the corner. That means warmer weather and time to celebrate the holidays. With that being said we want to pass along the reminder that we will be CLOSED for the Independence Day Holiday Weekend.

In July we will be around from July 1st through July 3rd with normal business hours and closed on July 4th and 5th (sorry, no Fish Fry) plus our usual Sunday and Monday days off. Then we are back to our normal hours again on Tuesday, July 8th with the ever-popular Polish Taco Night from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

We want to wish everyone a Happy and Safe 4th of July weekend.

A Note for New Comers

Anyone who signs up for the Pierogi Fest Bus Trip will automatically be added to the Polonia Gazeta to get updates on the event as well as invited to the many other fun times we have around the restaurant. We welcome you to the list and hope you get a chance to stop by the restaurant to say hello when you visit us soon.

Let Us Know

If you have an event that is open to the public that you would like more people to attend. We will mention it in the Polonia Gazeta to let our readers know. That is good to know.

No really, true story

For those of you who recently visited the 2025 Bus Trip page you may have noticed the mention of a Prize Pack bonus just for signing up. Yes, that is true and its really happening. Even if we can't get our quota of seats filled before the deadline and the trip gets cancelled, those who signed before the cutoff date will respectfully be refunded along with getting a small token of our appreciation in the mail courtesy of Sawa's Old Warsaw to use on your next visit.
