Mark your calendars now to be ready as our ever-popular St. Patrick's Day Celebration will be held over the weekend on Friday, March 17th and Saturday the 18th. Yes, that means not one but two days to stop in and get mouth-watering Corned Beef and Cabbage with Irish Potatoes and Soda Bread. The Corned Beef will be the main course both days, which means we will not be serving our usual Fish Fry on Friday nor will we have BBQ Ribs on Saturday.

Happy Birthday (Update)

After last months' memo about the Birthday Postcards we received a few inquires about how or when they get sent out. There are actually a few ways to get your hands on them if you have a Birthday coming up some time this year and want a Free Dinner while celebrating with friends.

Those who take the time to complete the Speak Out at the restaurant and leave their address on the card will get a Birthday Postcard sent in the mail. Some postcards are left at different venues in the area, such as Bad Attitude Bar & Grill in Forest Park. Last, but not least, ask your server or bartender for a card the next time you come in for lunch or dinner to use on a future visit.

Last, but not least, if you know of a place or event we can leave some Birthday Postcards for others to find, then please let us know so we can drop off a stack. Those who host our cards might even be mentioned in a future edition of the Polonia Gazeta.
THE FEEDBACK FORUM

Once again we are a little light in the mailbag and do not have any feedback to share aside from what was mentioned above. However, we are looking to change that in the very near future with your help.

For those who use the Speak Out Online there will be an offer available as a reward for filling out the form. The process will be the same as before with the offer being sent as a PDF document for you to print off and bring to the restaurant on your next visit. That means once you send in the form be on the looking with an email from us with an attachment after a few days.

Please note this offer will only be sent out in response to the Speak Out Online and not the Website Feedback form. Yes, there a option to decline the offer, if desired. In addition, since this process is done manually, please allow a few days for the offer to arrive. Last, but not least, to jump start the process we will be going back through the archives and send out the offer to those who use the Speak Out Online in the past within a certain time frame.
