How will this work? Simple... All completed submissions with the Secret Code will get an email on or around the 15th of October with a letter (PDF attachment) to print off and take with you on your next visit to Sawa's Old Warsaw. While you are enjoying lunch or dinner, just hand the letter to your server and they will check your name off and get your Special Offer Prize Pack. Good luck!
Q: What if I forgot the code last time, do I have to re-submit my entry?
A: Yes, you do. That code is the only way to tell if a person wants the Special Offer.
Q: I didn't type in my full name in the form, do I need to try again?
A: If your Full Name is in the database, then we will get it from there based on the email address you used. If not, then email marc@sawasoldwarsaw.com to get your information updated.
Q: How will I know that I filled out the form correctly?
A: There will be a general notification sent out prior to the actual offer of everyone who filled out the form completely saying the Special Offer letter will be sent out soon.
Q: Can you tell me what is the Special Offer has inside?
A: Nope. Its so secret we don't even know what is inside of them yet.
Q: What if I have a question that you didn't ask yet?

Q: Are you giving out only 50 offers or will there be more than that?
A: The first 50 submissions that are filled out properly will definitely get the Special Offer in all its glory.
