A: The bus was able to hold 50 passengers with no problem including luggage below for easy storage.
Q: Why did we need 35 reservations before getting the bus?
A: As with any event we wanted to ensure the trip itself was cost effective for everyone. That means making sure we can fill a 50-passenger bus to offer the best price available per seat.
Q: Why not just order a smaller bus?
A: Getting the next size smaller bus means less people that can participate not to mention costing at least $10 to $15 more per seat for those who did sign-up. We wanted to keep this trip at a reasonable cost for everyone for what we were offering.
Q: Did you have to eat before you got on the bus?
A: Actually no, you did not have to eat from the Lunch Buffet. The other options were eating after you got back (BBQ Ribs) or taking a $20 Voucher to be used on your next visit.
Q: Why you are still offering "Prize Packs" to those who paid for tickets?
A: Because we respect our customers and want to honor their efforts in trying to make this trip possible when they signed up.
