I picked this up on a recent fact finding mission online - I've not heard anything from Bitclub officially about this or had any news from Russ on it so it may be complete rubbish but, nevertheless, it will be interesting to see if any announcements are made about this (if came out during a Bitclub meeting in Marbella, Spain back in May apparently:
"Bitclub Network is one of the top ten Bitcoin Mining Pools and runs the second largest GPU farm in the world (behind Amazon) and the largest Altcoin GPU farm to be able to digest other crypto levels. Rootstock has also been introduced as a new Coin, a Coin that uses Bitcoin’s algorithm and could be extremely lucrative for the Bitclub members. After all, Rootstock will be distributed free of charge to its members in the future.
(Ed - my understanding of the Rootstock project is that there wasn't going to be another coin/token per say but rather it would use BITCOIN directly as its token. Maybe I go that wrong - we shall see - anyway if you want to explore the Rootstock project yourself, here is their WEBSITE. let me stress again that I simply picked this up while looking for something else online.) |

All the major news and feedback loops are now suggesting that Bitcoin will not fork and that BIP91 will active Segwit prior to 1st August - obviously that is great news if it turns out to be the case. |
