STRICTLY FOR OUR MEMBERS
Our gift to you this holiday season is the gift of the hook-up. We've partnered with some of the best co-working spaces in the county to offer you a special deal at each one. With so many of us building our own businesses, working on side hustles, and creating new inventions, we often need our own space that also allows us to engage with other entrepreneurs. PGCSIF Advisory Board Member, Tami Mullen, built Clout from the ground up when she saw a need to provide space filled with positive affirmations and energy. Even startups like WeWork experience massive upheaval but that isn't stopping them from offering us membership perks. Perfect Office Solutions, founded by a local resident, is the new home of PGCSIF and we wanted to share our digs with you too. Check them out and let them know you're part of the PGCSIF Family!

We partnered with WeWork to give you a closer look at their workplace solutions, including their location in College Park at the University of Maryland. WeWork provides custom, private, and on-demand spaces to not only focus on what you do best, but also collaborate with other driven individuals. WeWork has partnered with the PGCSIF to offer our community a limited-time offer for a free one month Hot Desk membership. A Hot Desk is the ultimate flexible office space, where you can work in any of the common areas and access the location’s amenities. If you're interested, call 202-660-1568 to schedule a tour and mention PGCSIF for a free one month Hot Desk membership at the UMD WeWork location (7761 Diamondback Drive).
Propelled by his agenda to help entrepreneurs afford professional and flexible workspace
expense, Chiko Abengowe would later become known as CEO of Perfect Office Solutions; a company which began
servicing its community of entrepreneurs in 2014. Today, Perfect Office provides private offices, dedicated desks, memberships, and virtual mail in 8 locations, and counting, throughout the state of Maryland. The mission is simple: provide quality service and experience through affordable, professional, and flexible workspace for all. As a special thank you to the PGCSIF community for highlighting Perfect Office, they are offering a one month free promotion per lease agreement.
Clout Workspace is an independent workspace specifically created for creatives, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and remote professionals helping them build something both impactful and meaningful. We offer meeting rooms, co-working, shared offices. Passionate about our community, Clout founders felt the need to be a part of the creative catalyst happening here in Prince George's County as well as the entire DMV area. Since 2017, we have had several members and community leaders come through our doors literally transforming the way they do business. With a supportive community behind you -- You are bound to do great things. Mention PGCSIF and receive a free first month trial and 10% off membership!

FYI:
With 132,667 students, Prince George's county has an attendance rate on par with the state and a graduation rate at 78.47%. Available now on the Maryland State Department of Education’s (MSDE) School Report Card website, MdReportcard.org, updated data includes 2018-2019 school assessment results, percentile rankings, star ratings, state science assessment results for elementary and middle school students, and indicators of school improvement. Maryland’s accountability system, which was required by the federal Every Student Succeeds Act, is a look at schools that is less dependent on student test scores than past rating systems. The Maryland General Assembly, in a law passed in 2017, said achievement and test scores could count for no more than 62 percent of the overall rating.
