Subject: Workout Wednesday:Sneaky Burpees

Hello Friend,

Coach Eddie from Premier Boxing for Fitness with another great workout for you to try.  For this group of exercise you will want to complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. So let's get warmed up and then set your timer for 20 minutes. 

You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next. 
  • 20 Jumping Lunges
  • 5 Burpee
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 5 Burpee
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 5 Burpee
  • 20 Push Up
  • 5 Burpee
  • 20 Sumo Squats
Repeat until time is up.

This is a great all over body toning workout that will help you burn those calories and get you closer to your fitness goals.
