Coach Eddie Akan here with Premier Boxing for Fitness. I've been getting a few questions from our members about what exercises they can do at home to avoid the pounds that will try to sneak in during the summer months. So I've put together a few exercises that you can do to avoid having your jeans get a little snug in these coming months.
Remember to warm up before beginning any workout exercises.
Day One- 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 Push Ups, 20 Squats
Day Two- 10 Sit Ups, 20 Lunges, 10 Burpees
Day Three- Rest and Stretch
Day Four- 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 Push Ups, 20 Squats
Day Five- 13 Sit Ups, 26 Lunges, 13 Burpees
Day Six- 25 Jumping Jacks, 13 Push Ups, 25 Squats
Day Seven- Rest and Stretch
Helpful Tips: - Remember when doing your pushups to keep your back flat and natural. And to come down until your chest is close to touching the ground.
- With Squats you will need to keep your legs hip-width distance apart. Keep your knees over your toes and when you lower down do so until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Sit ups don't pull up with your neck and try not to curve your back. It needs to be kept straight.
