Coach Eddie from the South Houston, Premier Boxing for Fitness location. At our studio we are often asked what exercises or routines can be done at home when the members aren't training with us. So I've put together the following circuit workout that can be done in your home with no equipment needed in around 20 minutes. You can surely find 20 minutes in your day to exercise. This can easily be done twice a day to help you burn the fat and tone up. Enjoy!
25 Jumping Jacks
10 Crunches
30 second Plank
25 High Knees
7 Burpees
15 Crunches
10 Squats
5 Push Ups
10 Crunches
30 second Plank
10 Squats
25 Jumping Jacks
10 Crunches
1 minute Wall Sit
5 Push Ups
25 High Knees
3- second Plank
