Hey Friend,

Here's an abs challenge waiting for you today! Go do this abs challenge now, or add it in first thing in the morning tomorrow when you wake up (yes, that means before your morning coffee)!

Are you up for the challenge?

Even a little bit of exercise makes me feel better about my day, my body and my life - plus it also helps boost feel-good endorphins, strengthen our immune systems, and burn fat/build muscle.

I like to add in bodyweight exercise several times per week because then I know I have no excuse! Our bodies are a portable gym and once you learn how to use it like this, your routine gets easier.

So if you haven't yet, I invite you to blast through this 10-minute abs challenge with me.
