Black Widow actress Scarlett Johansson is famous for her Hollywood curves. But how did the 30-year-old star squeeze back into her black catsuit when it came time for the cameras to roll?

"You have to eat a really clean diet, she explains. "A lot of kale and salmon. Basically, you get all your nutrients and then you train like crazy but you just suck it up and do it."

And the Avengers spider woman trains hard. She says, "Every woman has body worries. I'm not exempt from that. But the by-product of spending so much time in the gym means you can fit into that catsuit."


Heroic Hercules

But what if you don't need to squeeze into a black catsuit and want to bulk up? That's easy. You go check out Hercules star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

It's true. The 42-year-old actor may not be the best person to seek out if you want to lose weight. But if you're looking to beef up, this ex-wrestler is an expert at body slamming the calories.

For example, in order to bulk up for last summer's blockbuster Hercules, Dwayne gorged himself on a whopping 4,000 calories, including buckets of steak, fish and rice served up every 24 hours.

But even stars like to cut loose sometimes. On his cheat days, the Hercules hero would happily chug down some junk food. Dwayne says, "My favourite cheat meal was double dough pizza, pancakes and peanut butter brownies!"
